Your host and chef is Erik Tas. Formerly a sous-chef in the country’s top restaurants such as Parkheuvel in Rotterdam and the Zwetheul in Schipluiden, Erik went on to open his own restaurant Bij Erik in Leidschendam and ‘t Ganzenest in Rijswijk.
At Bij Erik, our chef already demonstrated how he is able to combine gastronomic quality and personal attention with his own particular style. No wonder he has been awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand for so many years.
At ‘t Ganzenest he builds on this authentic elegance and accessible quality, embellished with the space and facilities that this location has to offer. Not only as a restaurant, but also as a boutique hotel and venue for weddings, events and meetings. Naturally with genuine hospitality and service to cater to our guests’ every wish.
